Privacy policy
Short, because we collect very little.

The short version
We do not ask you to create an account, we do not run a newsletter, and we do not sell or share personal information. The only personal data we ever hold is what you type into the contact form and send us on purpose.
What we collect
- Contact form submissions. Your name, email address, chosen subject and message. These are emailed to us and are used only to reply to you. They are not added to any list.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read and which links are clicked. This is aggregate traffic measurement, not identification of individuals.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request information including IP address, as any web server does. We use a short-lived, in-memory count of contact-form submissions per IP address to stop automated spam; it is not stored and does not persist.
What we do not collect
- No accounts, logins or passwords — there is nothing to log in to.
- No payment information. We never take payment; purchases happen on the retailer's site.
- No mailing list, so no address to unsubscribe from.
- No advertising network trackers or retargeting pixels.
Cookies and similar technologies
Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish returning visits and measure traffic. You can block them in your browser settings or with any content blocker, and the site works normally without them.
When you click through to a retailer, that retailer sets its own cookies, including one that attributes the visit to us for commission purposes. That is how affiliate links work and it is described on the disclosure page. Those cookies are governed by the retailer's privacy policy, not ours.
Third parties involved
- Vercel — hosting. Processes requests and keeps standard server logs.
- Google Analytics — aggregate traffic measurement.
- Microsoft Graph — delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
- Amazon — when you click a buy link. Amazon's own privacy policy applies from that point.
Product images, where they appear, are served from Amazon's content delivery network, which means Amazon sees a request from your browser when such an image loads.
How long we keep things
Contact form emails stay in our inbox as long as they are useful for correspondence and record-keeping, and are deleted on request. Analytics data is retained according to the Google Analytics settings for the property. The spam rate-limit counter lives in memory for at most an hour and is not written anywhere.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Since the only thing we are likely to hold is an email you sent us, this is usually a one-line request and a quick deletion. Email info@panandprovision.com.
Children
This site is intended for adults buying kitchen equipment. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us something through the contact form, tell us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated date at the top of the page changes with it. If a change is significant — a new category of data, a new third party — we will say so plainly rather than quietly revising the text.
