What NanoBond actually is
Hestan publishes that thousands of titanium nano-layers are molecularly bonded to an 18/10 stainless steel surface. Underneath is triple-bonded construction with what Hestan calls a ProCore aluminum core.
Read plainly: this is a clad stainless pan with a hardened titanium-bearing surface treatment. It is not a coating in the nonstick sense - there is no release layer, and food sticks to it the way it sticks to any stainless pan. It is also not titanium cookware, which is a separate and frequently overstated category covered in titanium cookware claims.
The practical consequence of a harder surface is scratch resistance, which is why Hestan can publish 100% metal-utensil safe and 100% dishwasher safe on a pan with a treated cooking face.

Twelve rows of checkable specification and three rows of percentage. The percentages are the ones the advertising leads with.
The three percentages

Each of those is a comparative measurement against an unnamed baseline, with no published method, no test standard and no third-party report. They may all be true. There is no way for a buyer to check any of them, and that is what makes them marketing rather than specification.
"Typical stainless steel" is not a grade. Hardness varies enormously across stainless grades and tempers.
"Other aluminum clad cookware" is not a product. Conductivity depends on core thickness, which differs between every pan on the market.
"Size class" is doing real work in the third claim - a pan with straighter walls does have more flat floor for the same rim diameter, which is a genuine design choice rather than a breakthrough.
The third claim is the one with an obvious mechanism, and it is worth restating in plain terms: straighter walls give you more cooking surface for the same rim. That is the same arithmetic we use in what size skillet, and it is a real advantage whether or not the percentage is verifiable.
The 1050F ceiling, which is probably fine
Unlike a 900F claim on a coated pan, a very high ceiling on a bare clad pan with stainless rivets and no polymer anywhere is metallurgically unremarkable. Stainless and aluminum do not care about 1050F; aluminum melts around 1220F, so the core sets the real limit and 1050F sits comfortably below it.
What it buys you in practice is freedom from thinking about it. No broiler question, no grill question, no worry about a pan left in a hot oven. Against Demeyere at 500F and All-Clad at 600F, that is a genuine, if rarely decisive, advantage.
Nickel-free, which matters to some people a great deal
Hestan publishes the cooking surface as made without nickel. For anyone with a diagnosed nickel sensitivity that is not a marketing point, it is the specification that decides the purchase - and the options are otherwise 18/0 stainless, enameled cast iron or glass.
Buy it if you are nickel-sensitive and want a clad pan rather than enamel or glass.
Buy it if you want a stainless pan that takes metal utensils and a dishwasher without any caveat at all.
Buy it if you genuinely cook at broiler and grill temperatures regularly.
Skip it if you want value. This is the most expensive skillet on this site and clad stainless sears beautifully at a fifth of the price.
Skip it if the percentages are what convinced you. They are the least substantiated thing on the page.
The verdict
Hestan publishes a great deal that is checkable - per-size weights, induction contact diameters, a country, a nickel statement - and leads its advertising with three numbers that are not. Judged on the checkable part, it is an excellent, expensive pan with a real advantage for nickel-sensitive cooks and a ceiling that removes every heat question.

The trade-off. Handles are the weak point. They are riveted and sturdy, but they get hot on a gas ring in a way the more expensive clad brands' do not.
Skip this if. You want a set you can leave in the oven above 500F, or you cook mostly eggs and pancakes and would rather spend the money on one good nonstick pan.
For a nickel-free cooking surface, a 1050F ceiling and published metal-utensil and dishwasher safety with no caveats, it is a genuinely excellent pan. It is also the most expensive skillet on this site, and clad stainless at a fifth of the price sears just as well.
